黑稻壳合成氮化硅微粉反应的分数维模型研究

摘    要:应用分形理论,建立了用黑稻壳颗粒合成氮化硅粉末的分数维反应模型.计算结果表明:在以氨气作为氮化气源时其合成反应速率是受化学反应控制的;达到相同的转化率时,黑稻壳颗粒表面结构的分维数越大,其相对反应时间越短.

Abstract:A fractal reaction model for synthetising fine Si 3N 4 powder with black rice husk particles is proposed.The calculation result shows:the reaction rate of synthetision is controlled by chemical reaction rate when NH 3 is nitrogenous gas,the larger the fractal dimensions of surface structure of black rice husk particles,the shorter the relative reaction time to getting identical transforming rate.
