电沉积Ni—W—B—SiC合镀层初探

摘    要:利用正交法研究了影响电沉积Ni-B-SiC复合镀层成分的主要因素,确定了最佳镀液组成的工艺参数;探讨了Ni-W-B-SiC复合镀层的组织及结构,结果表明镀液组成对复合镀层的表面形貌影响不大;相反,工艺条件对其影响较大;X射线衍射表明,当镀层中B的质量分数为2%时,镀层为晶态结构;当B的质量分数在2% ̄3%时为混晶态;当B的质量分类大于3%时为非晶态结构。

Abstract:The effects of main factors on the components o electrodeposited Ni-W-B-SiC composite coating are studied by means of orthogonal method,and the optimal structure bath composition and process paramters are determined,The structure of the Ni-W-B-SiC composite coating is discussed,and the results show that the bath composition has little effect on the surface morphololies of the catings.On the contrary,the plating conditions have a considerable effect on the morphololies.X-ray diffraction indicates that the Ni-W-B-SiC composite coating is crystal when boron content in the coating is below 2% .and it is mixture when boron content is from 2% to 3% but it is amorphous when boron content is over 3 %.
