摘    要:介绍了GD-SJ系列数控成绞机电路及数控仪的操作方法。该机电路性能可靠,自控精确,操作方便。定长自停控制具有键盘操作、液晶数显、自动复位、红外光电计数、断电数据保存、耗电省等特点。断丝自停采用同步跟踪式红外光电控制,抗外界光干扰,耗电少但检测距离远。

Abstract:The skeining machine offers reliable performance circuit, precision self control and easy operation. Its length stop controller is characterized by keyboard operation, liquid crystal digital display,automatic reset, infrared photo-electric counting, data storage at power breakdown and less power consumption. The broken-end stop motion is controlled by synchronized tracking infrared photoelectric system capable of long-distance monitoring with less power and resisting external light interference.
