| 摘 要： | 利用Pro/E软件对6缸柴油机机体建立三维模型,然后再用Abaqus对机体进行自由模态的分析,得出了前22阶固有频率和振型。通过试验手段对机体的自由模态进行了测量。最终将FEA结果和试验结果对比表明,两者具有较好的吻合性。

| Abstract: | The 3D model of an in-line six-cylinder diesel engine block was established with Pro/E software, and then a free modal analysis of the block was carried out with Abaqus code. Through the analysis, the inherent frequencies and mode shapes of first 20 order modes were obtained respectively. The free modes of the block were verified by testing. Comparison shows the results of FEA estimation are in good agreement with those of testing. |
