| 摘 要： | IDEF0方法能够全面而清楚地描述FMS的数据流、物料流以及功能活动之间的联系,可以保证设计的规范性,并为系统的顺利实施奠定坚实的基础。以柴油机汽缸盖加工过程为实例阐述了FMS的构建过程,并用IDEF0方法建立了系统的功能模型图。采用IDEF0方法进行FMS功能描述,能够满足这一复杂的大型系统分析与设计的要求。

| Abstract: | The IDEF0 method can comprehensively and clearly describe the FMS data streams,the material streams and the relationship among the function activities,may guarantee the standard design and lay the solid foundation for the system implementation smoothly.Taking the diesel cylinder head producing as the example to elaborate the FMS construction process,and it has established the system function model figure with the IDEF0 method.Using the IDEF0 method to describe the FMS function,it can satisfy this complex large-scale system analysis and design request. |
