| 摘 要： | 四面弹力网花边属于敏感性织物,加工条件要求严格,尤其定形整理具有较高的难度。通过试验,探讨了四面弹力网花边的定形工艺及调节方法。结果表明,合理设定定形整理工艺参数,并选用适当的生产设备及配置以有效控制工艺条件,可以得到满意的定形效果。

| Abstract: | Two-way elastic lace is one of the most sensitive fabrics, and is very strict with its treatment conditions, especially for the heat setting process. Based on production experiments, the heat setting process of two-way elastic lace and its adjustment are analyzed. The results manifest that the satisfied outcome can be achieved by the proper choice of process and the suitable arrangement of equipment, in which the treatment conditions can be under control effectively. |
