焊接机器人嵌入式示教系统设计与实现

摘    要:示教系统在机器人系统中应用广泛,嵌入式遥操作是机器人示教系统的发展趋势。文章介绍了一种基于uC/OS-II操作系统的焊接机器人示教盒,详细描述了该示教系统的硬件组成和软件逻辑过程。该示教盒通过网络与上位机通讯,利用uC/GUI开发了友好的人机界面,通过实践检验表明,示教系统性能稳定,实时性好,可操作性高,取得了良好的实际应用效果,为嵌入式机器人示教系统提供了一种良好的解决方案。

Abstract:Teach programming system has been widely used in robot control system, and it is the mainstream that combines the embedded system and network with the teach programming system.A new kind of robot teach programming system based on the embedded system is introduced,and both hardware and software system of it has been described specifically.With the test of the whole robot system,it demonstrates that the designing of the embedded teach programming system has many excellencies and provides a new design theory of the robot teach programming system.
