旋流消能及三洞合一出口型式在溪古水电站设计中的应用

摘    要:溪古水电站在枢纽布置上,受坝轴线右岸下游梅铺堆积体、古河道等地质条件限制,导流和泄洪建筑物布置只能放在地形呈凹岸但地质条件较好的左岸,又受挡水建筑物堆石坝布置的限制,导流、泄洪和排沙建筑物的出口位置仅局限在一处地形上,这就要求导流、泄洪和排沙建筑物的布置既要紧凑,出口又要结合,通过枢纽方案比较,泄洪建筑物采用了具有消能率高、对下游河道影响小、投资较省的竖井旋流及三洞合一出口消能型式。通过水力学模型试验验证,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:Restrained by downstream congeries on right bank of dam axis and geological conditions of ancient channel regarding the layout of Xigu hydropower project,the diversion and flood releasing structures can be only laid out on concave left bank,with better geological condition.And also subject to the layout of rockfill dam,the diversion,flood releasing and desilting structures can only be placed on a limited terrain,which requires the layout of above structures to be compact in combination with their outlets.In comparison with layouts of the project,the flood release structure shall have energy dissipation pattern of shaft rotational spilling tunnel and three tunnels into one tunnel outlet;with high energy dissipation ratio,small impact on downstream channel and economic investment.Through verification of hydraulic model tests,expected effects have been achieved.
