跨航道海底管道覆盖层清理及防护工艺技术

摘    要:为确保某穿越港口航道海底管道深埋项目施工质量并避免海底管道改线、下沉施工导致的长时间停产,对技术方案进行对比论证研究,提出采用新型柔性防护垫工艺对海底管道进行不停产防护的创新方案。论证该方案的可行性,并对新型柔性防护垫的防护效果、海底管道原覆盖层清理工艺、柔性防护垫和高精度抛石保护等关键施工工艺进行合理化方案设计。实践结果表明,采用创新方案实现了在不影响海底管道安全生产且满足航道通航与航道疏浚要求的同时,不降低管线覆盖层的安全保护功能与可靠性的目的。研究成果和施工经验可为今后开展类似海底管道深埋处置工程提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:In order to ensure the construction quality of the construction project of a submarine pipeline crossing a port channel and avoid the long-term shutdown caused by the rerouting and sinking construction of the submarine pipeline, the comparative demonstration and research of the technical scheme is carried out. An innovative scheme of using new flexible protective pad technology to protect submarine pipeline is proposed. The feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated, and a reasonable scheme design is made for the key construction processes such as the protection effect of the new flexible protective pad, the cleaning process of the original cover of the submarine pipeline, the flexible protective pad and high-precision riprap protection. The practice results show that the innovative scheme of adopting the new flexible protective pad realizes the purpose of not affecting the production safety of the submarine pipeline and meeting the requirements of channel navigation and channel dredging without reducing the safety protection function and reliability of the pipeline covering layer. The research results and construction experience can provide reference for the deep buried disposal projects of similar submarine pipeline in the future.
