渤海海域大型平台组块浮托安装的环境与运动监测实践

摘    要:以重约12 500 t的海洋平台上部组块为例,对冬季渤海海域应用浮托安装法进行平台海上安装过程中的风、浪、流和潮等环境条件和驳船运动等进行监测和较详细的结果分析。结果表明,现场环境因素和驳船运动等满足设计要求,监测结果为指挥人员高效地获取现场实时数据提供支持,并给出适合作业时间窗口期及指导现场作业安全有效进行。可为今后同类工程施工提供参考,使大型平台浮托安装得到更安全有效的实施。

Abstract:Taken the float-over with the topsides weighing about 12 500 t as an example, the environmental conditions such as wind, wave, current and tide, and vessel movement during offshore installation of the topsides during the winter season in Bohai Bay are monitored and analyzed in detail. The results indicate that the on site environmental condition and vessel movement meet the design requirements, the monitoring data ensure that the commander of the project management team can efficiently obtain real-time data support, and provide the optimal operation timing and guide the safe and effective operation on site. It can provide reference for similar project operation in the future, making the large scale topsides float-over installation to be safer and more effective.
