摘    要:依据GB/T 18655-2010,从射频指标和电磁干扰两方面分析某车辆实际使用中出现的遥控门禁系统有效识别距离下降问题。通过车内、外置天线信号对比及近场探头探测,定位EPS控制器旋变线为辐射干扰源。采用旋变线支架屏蔽并与EPS控制器外壳接地的方法消除了干扰,遥控门禁系统的有效识别距离25 m以上,超出设计要求的15 m。

Method to Locate Interference for Receiving Sensitivity of Remote Keyless Entry
Abstract:According to GB/T 18655-2010,from the aspects of radio frequency indicators and electromagnetic interference,the RKE system that is actually used in a vehicle is analyzed to effectively identify the distance drop problem.Through the comparison of the signal between the internal and external antennas and the detection of the near-field probe,the EPS controller rotary line is located as the source of radiation interference.The method of shielding the resolver wire and grounding with the EPS controller shell eliminates the interference.The effective recognition distance of the RKE system is more than 25 m,which exceeds the design requirement of 15 m.
