| 摘 要： | 提出了一种分阶段，分层次地估计Ｐ－Ⅲ型分布的均值ＥＸ、变差系数ＣＶ和偏态系数ＣＳ的地区贝叶斯方法（ＲＢＭ）。统计试验结果表明，ＲＢＭ的统计性能要优于传统的优化适线法和概率权重矩法等参数估计方法。

| Abstract: | The Regional Bayesian Method (RBM) for hierachical estimation of Peareon type 3 distribution parameters is proposed in this paper.The results of statistical tests indicate that the efficiency of RBM is excellent,and its unbiassedness is equivalent to that of traditional optimal curve fitting(FIT)and probability weighted moment(PWM). |
