摘    要:结合宝钢2050热轧粗轧机组实际轧制工艺,建立带钢非对称轧制有限元模型.主要研究了在带钢轧制过程中,当板厚、压下量不同时上下辊速比、带钢上下表面温差对带钢头部弯曲的影响规律,并且对调整辊速比控制因上下表面温差造成的头部翘曲问题进行了详细分析,并回归出其关系模型.实践表明仿真研究结果可对热轧过程带钢头部翘曲自动控制模型提供修正数据.

Abstract:An asymmetrical rolling model is established based on the actual technologies of the 2050mm roughing trains mill of Baosteel. The influences of roller speed ratio and surface difference in temperature on the head warp of strip steel are investigated with different strip thickness and draught. And setting roller speed ratio for removing the head curvature of strip caused by the above and below surface difference in temperature is analyzed and the relational model is obtained by a regression method in this paper. The calculated results can provide correction data for the head curvature automatic control on hot mill.
