电机车防抱死制动系统的轮速识别技术

摘    要:露天煤矿运输所用的电机车,运行期间轮轨间的黏着力变化不定,制动时车轮抱死拖滑,既延长了制动距离,又加剧了轮缘与轨面的磨损。随着电子技术和计算机技术的不断发展,越来越多的科研工作者开始研制能够根据实际工况自动调节行驶参数的防抱死制动系统。分析了防抱死制动系统的工作原理和特点,介绍了防抱死制动系统轮速识别技术的要求、参考车速的计算方法及硬件电路,具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:When the open air coal mine locomotive is running the adherence force between wheel and rail is changing.When braking because the wheel is skiping the braking distance is extending and the wear between wheel and rail is very high.With the uninterrupted growth of electron technology and computer art,more and more scientific researchers begin to develop the anti-skip braking system which should be able to automatically adjust the running parameter according to actual working condition.Analyzed the working principle and characteristic of a the anti-skip braking system,introduced the requirement of wheel speed recognition technology of the anti-skip braking system and also introduced the computing method of the vehicle's referrence speed and hardware-based circuits.So this technology has a good application foreground.
