摘    要:抚顺石化分公司石油二厂1.50Mt/a重油催化裂化装置低温热回收工程。利用热电厂低温除氧水供给装置补充吸收剂、吸收塔中段回流、富气冷却器等需要低温水的地方。同时回收了531884GJ/a热量,成功实现了工艺装置与全厂公用工程(热电厂)的热联合.

Abstract:The 30 000 b/d RFCC unit of Second Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company has just been retrofitted. The low temperature deoxidized water from the thermoelectric power plant has been used lor the cooling of the make up absorbent and the pumparounds of the absorber. The low temperature deoxidized water also has been used in the rich gas cooler. Meanwhile, 531 884 GJ/a heat has been recovered. The heat integration between the process units and the thermoelectric power plant has been successfully earned out.
