| 摘 要： | 依据国家教育部《关于高等职业教育教学质量若干意见》中提出对"人才培养模式改革的重点是教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性"的基本思路。探索在焊接技术及自动化专业《人才培养模式》实施过程中,对教学过程职业性的系列教学模式,探讨教学过程的职业性教育方法及本专业职业教育的特点。

| Abstract: | According to the basic thinking that the significances for reforming modes of personnel training are the prac- ticality ,openness and professionalism of teaching procedures proposed in the Several Opinions on Quality of Instruction in High Vocational Education proclaimed by the State Ministry of Education, the series teaching model of professionalism of teaching procedures＇in the process of implementing the models of personnel training for the major of welding technology and automation is explored in the article. Moreover, the teaching methods for professionalism of teaching procedures and the characteristics of vocational education for the major are discussed. |
