| 摘 要： | 设计了一套轴类零件的自动检测装置,该装置能检测轴类零件的直径、圆度和圆跳动。本装置的测量方法为3S90°,且为定点测量,可同时对三个截面进行测量。介绍了总体方案设计、部件设计和软件设计。

| Abstract: | A suit of the automatic checkout equipment used for the axle parts is designed. The equipment can check automatically the diameter, circle degree and circle jumpiness. The 3S90° measure method is used for the equipment and the measure points are fixed, the equipment can measure parameters in three sections at the same time. The project design in the general,assemblies design and software design are mainly presented. |
