| 摘 要： | 为了满足工业生产中在线检测实时性和精度的要求,提出了基于图像的周长精密测量方法。在分析了软棒材的截面图像,利用图像检测技术定位图像边缘的基础上,进行了定位精度分析和多边形近似计算得到截面周长。试验证明,该算法测量精度可达到±0.01mm。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the real-time performance and precision requirement in the industry,this paper proposes an approach of precision circumference measurement based of image.On the basis of analyzing a crosssection image of soft bar and using the method image processing to fix its edge position,this paper analyzes the error precision of approach and obtains the circumference of the crosss-ection in approximate calculation of the polygon circumference.Experiment shows that the error precision of the method can reach ±0.01mm . |
