摘    要:主要介绍280kA电解槽强化电流、电解槽运行参数数据分析和电解槽内在运行规律等方面的研究成果。通过一系列的工作,电流从280kA强化到300kA。电流效率从92%提高到2004年1~7月的93.7%,电解槽最高电流效率从94%上升到95.6%;同时发现:阳极更换对铝液镜面高差有大于1cm的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, these research results on 280kA cell are presented which include current intensification, analysis of performance data, inner running rules, etc. Through these studies, potline current has been intensified to 300kA from 280kA, cell life prolonged 60% on average compared with former 280kA cell, current efficiency increased to 93.7% between January and July of 2004 from 92% and the highest increased to 95.6% from 94%. Meanwhile, it is found that anode change has an influence of over 1cm on the metal surface.
