摘 要: | 民以食为天,饮食在国人的日常生活中占有重要地位。但在饮食的背后却有丰富的内涵和道理,即食亦有道,饮食做到有道,才能体现中国美食的博大精深和文化内涵,才能进一步展现国人的素质与文明,对于现代人们的饮食活动具有深远的现实意义。
