| 摘 要： | 乡村旅游的发展离不开高素质、高水平的人才队伍。旅游类高校有着丰富的教学资源和完善的师资队伍,文章通过分析旅游类高校建设乡村旅游人才培训基地的必要性和可行性,探索培训措施,对乡村旅游人才的培训工作提出建议,以期有利于乡村旅游人才整体素质的提高。

| Abstract: | The development of rural tourism depends on whether there are qualified tourism practitioners with professional knowledge .This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing training bases for rural tourism professionals in tourism colleges where there are abundant teaching resources with qualified teaching faculties.The training methods are also discussed so as to provide reference for training rural tourism profes -sionals and promoting their overall qualifications . |
