我国社区快餐发展模式与对策思考

摘    要:社区快餐是中国快餐的重要组成部分,随着快餐业的转型升级,我国城镇化的扎实有序推进,社区快餐地位不断提升并逐渐占领市场。社区快餐分为早餐、风味餐、团餐和大众便餐等模式,它的发展能够满足市场需求、改善民生,对整个快餐行业乃至社会的发展都有着极其重要的作用。文章从政府、企业和非政府组织三个方面对社区快餐的发展提出了发展对策。

Abstract:As an important of fast food in China ,community fast food is gaining increasing importance and grea-ter market with the transformation of the industry and the process of urbanization .It falls into four groups:breakfast ,flavorsome catering ,group catering and public catering .Its growth meets the demand of the market , provides convenience for people 's lives,and benefits the fast food industry and even the overall social develop-ment.This paper proposes strategies for its further advance from the perspectives of the government ,businesses and non-governmental organizations .
