分光光度法测定锡钴合金镀液中焦磷酸钾的含量

摘    要:锡钴合金镀液中焦磷酸钾的测定常采用重量法或滴定法。由于分析步骤繁衍复冗长,为简化分析步骤,采用分光光度法进行测量。研究了测量滤长、显色介质、酸度、显色剂加入量、温度、时间及干扰元素等测量结果的影响。结果表:该方法准确可靠,大大简化了测量过程。

Abstract:Concentration of potassium pyrophosphate is usually measured by means of gravimetry and titration in tin-cobalt electrolyte, but the measuring procedures are very complicated. Spectrophotometry was adopted to simplify the procedures. The effects of measuring wave length, addition of chromogenic agent, chromogenic media, acidity, temperature, time and interfering elements on the measured results were studied. The results show that spectrophotometric method is accurate and reliable which greatly simplifies the procedure of traditional methods.
