Quality Requirement and Control on Elliptical Fin-tube Hot-dipped Galvanizing

The elliptical fin-tube is the cooling element of direct air cooler tubing. As the stringent environment of the application, the excellent anti-corrosion treatment is required. The hot-dipped galvanizing technology is adopted to prolong the life of air cooler. The requirement of hot-dipped galvanizing not only includes ordinary galvanizing requirement, but also include special requirement as a cooling element. The quality requirement on hot-dipped galvanizing for elliptical fin-tube is analyzed, and the method to control the quality of hot-dipped galvanizing is put forward.
