Digital Power Supply for Wire Feeder Based on Average PID Controlling Method
Abstract:A digital control system based on STC12C5616AD microcontroller is designed in power supply for wire feeder,hardware circuit include Sync signal producing circuit,microcontroller minimize system and photoelectric isolating drive circuit,software program include synchronous signal judgment program,average PID program,timer interruption program,etc.Synchronized signal judgment is finished in the down capture interruption program,the timer interrupt program output SCR trigger pulse according to the result of PID operation and sync signal.The theory of armature voltage negative feedback with armature current positive feedback is deduced,which can realize smooth wire feeding.
