摘    要:卸煤沟叶轮给煤机工作段是电厂中工作载荷变化大,且工作环境最恶劣的区域之一.过去给煤机的工作进程主要靠人工调度,工作效率低,且扬尘和噪音对工作人员的身心健康有很大的影响.设计了一套基于非接触式定位的叶轮给煤机系统无人值守监控系统,它能利用传感器实时检测叶轮给煤机的工位,并自动调整叶轮给煤机在设定的区间内工作.通过无人值守...

Unattended System of Impeller Coal Feeder Based on Non-contact Position Sensor
Abstract:In power plant,the working load of the Impeller coal feeder for coal unloading change frequently,meanwhile,the working environment is one of the most polluted areas.In the past,the machine is usually manually controlled.The efficiency is low,and dust and noise has severe influence on the health of the staff.This paper proposes an automatic controlling system for impeller coal feeder based on non-contact position sensor.It could detect the position of impeller coal feeder with physical sensor in real time,and automatically adjusting the machine working the given area.The reform of unattended system not only improves the efficiency of the equipment,but also sets workers free from the polluted working environment.
