| 摘 要： | 探讨了棉锦混纺纱的生产工艺及措施。选择合理的混和方式,对锦纶原料进行预处理,控制好相对湿度,各工序配置合理的工艺参数、选择合适的纺纱器材,最终顺利纺制出C/N 65/35 36.4tex、C/N 65/35 17.1tex系列棉锦混纺纱。

| Abstract: | The production process and measurement of cotton/polyamide blend yarns were studied. Finally,C/N 65/35 36.4 tex and C/N 65/35 17.1 tex series of cotton/polyamide blend yarns were spinned by choosing the reasonable mixing methods,doing pretreatment on polyamide materials,controling the relative humidity well,disposing suitable production parameters for every process and selecting reasonable spinning machine. |
