| 摘 要： | 用纤维素酶对纯棉纬编针织物进行柔软处理,探讨了酶用量、处理温度、时间和pH值4个参数对柔软处理效果的影响。结果显示:酶用量在1%～3%,温度在40～60℃,处理时间为30～50min,pH值为5是柔软处理的工艺条件最佳范围,具体条件可根据织物的厚度等条件选择。

| Abstract: | Weft-knitting cotton fabric was treated by cellulase to get better soft feeling.The influence factors such as pH value、temperature、cellulase dosage、reaction time were set to consider their influence on treating effect.The results showed that cellulase dosage of 1%~3%,temperature of 40~60 ℃,time of 30~50 min,pH value of 5 were the best factor area. |
