Abstract:Aiming at the industrial application of biological gasification technology in metallurgical furnace,the experiments were conducted in one 500 kg gasification unit and one simulation furnace.The solid particles and solid powders of lignin and herb raw materials were fed into the gasification unit separately to prepare gases,of which the heat values were higher than 12 540 kJ/kg.The thermal energy conversion rate of biomass was more than 90%.Furthermore,the gases prepared were applied in the metallurgical industrial furnace and good results had been achieved.It provided valuable experiences for large scale development of biological gasification technology.
