Study on Simulation of Solar Cell and Its Application
Abstract:It is premise to familiar with the output characteristices of solar sell which used in whether photovoltaic power generation system or hybrid wind and photovoltaic generation system.In this paper,the simulation model of solar cell by using matlab / simulink module based on their output characteristices function is built,and its parameters and working condition can be adjusted.Then a simulation model of photovoltaic power generation system with MPPT is built due to it.it is helpful and useful for us to grasp the output characteristices of solar sell and the design of generating system do to the reuslt of simulation.
