基于纹理滤波与局部熵的织物疵点检测

摘    要:针对织物疵点检测中织物纹理常被误认为噪声而给疵点自动检测造成很大干扰的问题,以织物纹理和疵点频谱的不同分布为依据,提出了一种结合纹理滤波和局部熵的织物疵点检测方法。通过频域滤波降低织物纹理的干扰,然后再结合局部熵与领域操作实现疵点的自动检测,并提取相关特征参数。
