多段螺旋溜槽在选别硫酸厂烧渣中的应用

硫酸厂排出的含铁５０％左右的烧渣，过去仅作为水泥的添加剂，价格低。利用多段螺旋溜槽经过一次选别，可以获得含铁品位大于５５％的铁精矿，供炼铁使用。回收率约５０％，精矿价格提高５～６倍，其分选尾矿仍然可以作水泥的添加剂。分选效果表明，多段螺旋溜槽与普通的螺旋溜槽相比，在品位相当的情况下，回收率提高５％左右。

Sulfuric acid slag processing with mult-stage spiral chute

The sulfuric acid slag with 50% Fe used to be applied as a cheap additive of cement. After processing of the slag with multi-stage chute, an iron concenterate of over 55% Fe was obtained with recovery of about 50% Fe. The concentrate can be used for refining iron and the tailing for cement production as an additive. The price of the iron concentratc raises as 5-6 times higher as that of the slag. The tests show that the recovery of iron is over about 50% by use of multi-stage spiral chute than spiral chute.
