| 摘 要： | 介绍气箱式脉冲袋收尘器在炭素煅后石油焦气力输送中的应用情况.气箱式脉冲袋收尘器在物料气力输送系统正压运行状况下是适用并且可靠的,收尘效率达99.85%.涤纶针刺毡滤料使用寿命达20个月以上.0.6MPa的压力喷吹清灰,能保证设备运行阻力在正常范围.收尘器改造后,经济效益、环境效益、社会效益显著,年新增经济效益100余万元,在同行业具有推广应用价值.

| Abstract: | The application of air box pulse bag house filter to the calcined coke air transportation in the carbonaceous material production is introduced The air box pulse bag house filter is applicable and reliable in the positive pressure operational condition, the dust collecting efficiency is up to 99 85% The longevity of the Dacron knitting filter felt is longer than 20 months The resistance of the dust collecting system is kept in normal range by cleaning with the 0 6MPa compressed air The economical, environmental and social profits from the dust collection system improvement are notable, the benefit is increased over one million RMB Yuan annually And it is capable to be widely used in the same field |
