钢铁工业低成本CIMS的构成和发展

摘    要:将钢铁企业六级自动化系统全部集成可实现全局CIMS,而低成本自动化进一步发展后可以实现低成本CIMS,即将企业关键部分集成的局部CIMS。实现低成本CIMS三级控制部分的优选系统为现场总线系统,实现三级管理部分的优选系统为客户机/服务器系统,可以通过二层计算机网络系统的集成构成企业的低成本CIMS。同时还对我国钢铁工业发展CIMS提出了看法。

Abstract:While the six automation systems levels of iron and steel industry have been integrated, the total CIMS, will be implemented. The low cost CIMS can be implemented by the development of low cost automation systems, those are the partial CIMS of key parts integration of industry. The recommended prior systems of three control levels of LCCIMS are fieldbus systems, and prior systems of three management levels of LCCIMS are client/sever systems, the industry ICCIMS can be constructed by the integration of two levels computer networks. Some viewpoints about the development of CIMS of Chinese iron and steel industries are also raised.
