立井复合材料罐道耐腐蚀与耐磨损试验研究

摘    要:针对立井井筒装备腐蚀严重的现状,研究了一种新型的玻璃钢复合材料罐道,通过复合材料罐道耐腐蚀试验研究,指出对立井罐道采用玻璃钢包敷,其耐腐蚀性能满足煤矿井筒环境使用要求,同时,通过磨损试验,提出了复合材料罐道中玻璃钢板的最小厚度,其耐磨损奉命与耐腐蚀寿命同步,都能过到30a以上,从而减少了井筒装备更换次数,节约大量投资。

Abstract:A new type guide composite guide is studied in the light of the serious corrosion situation of vertical shaft equipment, by the test study of corrosion performances and wear characteristics of composite guide. It is pointed out that the composite guide can meet the needs of mining shaft environment that is made of steel and glass fiber reinforced plastic. The minimum thickness of GFRP material of the guide by wear test is put forward, and the life of corrosion and wear of GFRP that protects the steel guide is over 30 years, therefore, the replace of shaft furniture will decrease.
