木材液化及其在高分子材料中的应用

摘    要:木材通过液化可转化为具有反应活性的液态产物,进一步反应可以制备胶粘剂、聚氨酯材料等新型高分子材料。文章从方法、机理以及其产物在制备高分子材料等方面对木材液化的研究进展进行了评述。

Abstract:Wood can be liquefied by chemical or thermochemical methods and further used in preparing polymer materials such as adhesives, moldings and foams. Considerable research on conversion of wood into polymer materials has been conducted for several decades. Recently, the advances of research on the mechanism of the liquefaction of wood components have led to the improvement of liquefaction techniques, so that woody materials can be completely liquefied under mild conditions. Methods and mechanism of liquefaction, as well as the application of liquefaction products in preparation of polymer materials, are reviewed in this paper.
