摘    要:根据可兴奋性人工膜对不同味道敏感的原理,本文选用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵+乙醇/含苦味酸的二氯甲烷/蔗糖水溶液为研究体系,在油水界面上建立可兴奋性人工膜。利用基于模糊处理的多信息溶合方法,提出了一种通用的计算机味觉定量测试系统。以测量醋酸浓度为例,得到了其测试误差小于10%的结果,同时,本文讨论了该测试系统的软硬件组成和多信息溶合的特点。

Abstract:Making use of the multi-information mergingg technology based on fuzzy-pro-cessing, the electrical oscillation waveforms of 4iquid membrane are processed and analyzed, A new class of testing system for taste quantitative determination is constructed in this paper. As an example, A test of acetic acid density was made by using this system. Its ertor is less than 10%. What's more the software and hardware of this system and the characteristic of multi-information merging were discussed.
