螺杆泵井电参数法工况诊断技术

摘    要:通过测量得到地面驱动螺杆泵电机的工作电流、电压和功率因数等电参数,采用考虑电机内部损耗的计算方法,得到电机的输出轴扭矩,经换算得到光杆扭矩。根据光杆扭矩与采油系统工况之间的对应关系,进行故障诊断。该方法测试数据操作方便、快捷,可不停机进行测试与诊断,且有较高准确度。根据诊断理论,编制了相应的工况诊断软件。

Abstract:To measure the electric parameters with the electrical machinery adopted on the progressive cavity pump well, the electric current, electric tension, power factor and so on, and calculate the torque rating output from the electrical machinery, then calculation of the torque rating of the polish rod is done. The corresponding relations between the torque of bucket rod torque and oil production system behavior can be applied to fault diagnosis. This diagnosis method is very facility and fast. In the process of the test, it is not necessary to stop the electric motor and the result is accurate. Also the diagnostic software on the basis of the diagnosis method was programmed in this article.
