低碳高硫易切削钢的切削性能研究

摘    要: 对宣钢生产的X1215低碳高硫易切削钢进行了切削试验,运用扫描电镜研究了钢中的夹杂物形态。切削试验表明,该钢的易切削性能优于45钢,切削比Kr达到1.48。分析表明,该钢中全氧的质量分数为120×10-6 时,钢中大量存在的条形硫化锰及纺锤形硫化锰-氧化物的复合夹杂是钢材切削性能优良的主要原因。

Abstract:Cutting experiment was made for X1215 free cutting steel produced by Xuangang. The inclusions were analyzed by SEM. It shows that the free cutting performance of X1215 is better than steel 45, and cutting ratio Kr reaches 1.48. When w(TO) is 120×10-6 , there is a large number of sulfide and spindle manganese sulfide-oxide complex inclusions in steel, which is the main reason of excellent cutting performance.
