凹凸棒石黏土用于C_9芳烃的脱色研究

摘    要:以江苏盱眙凹凸棒石黏土为载体,通过加入活性组分、扩孔剂并焙烧活化的方法制备凹凸棒石脱色剂来脱除C9馏分的颜色。通过正交实验研究活性剂种类、焙烧温度、扩孔剂种类、扩孔剂加入量、剂油比对C9馏分脱色的影响。结果表明,活性剂为Ni(NO3)2,在550℃的温度下焙烧3 h,扩孔剂为2%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,剂油比1∶2,能使C9馏分的脱色率达到95.5%。
