摘    要:研究了亚硫酸盐蔗渣浆氧脱木素过程中的选择性,并对其改善方法进行了探讨。结果表明:氧脱木素过程中采用硝酸和木聚糖酶预处理及分别添加H2O2甲醇或硫化钠强化方法,均可改善脱木素选择性,其中硝酸用量2%最明显,添加0.6%的H2O3次之,但改善漂白效果最好;一定量的木聚糖酶、甲醇和硫化钠处理,也可以提高脱木素选择性,但幅度不大。

Abstract:The oxygen delignification selectivity for sulfite bagasse pulp was studied and the methods to improve the oxygen delignification were researched in this paper.The results show that xylanase or HNO3 pretreatment and H2O2,CH3OH or Na2S as a reinforcing agent can increase delignification selectivity,among which HNO3 has the best delignification selectivity at a dosage of 2%,and H2O2 ranks second at dosage of 0.6%,but can reach the highest bleaching whiteness.The results also show that xylanase,methanol or Na2...
