| 摘 要： | 综合分析在富Sm合金的熔炼和分析检测研究中,其相应的原材料,环境和坩埚对其组织结构和分析结果的影响。共比较了2种类型的原材料和4种常用的坩埚,包括氧化铝坩埚,氮化硼坩埚,钼坩埚和钽坩埚。实验中一致采用将样品或者装有样品的坩埚密封于钽坩埚中进行熔炼。综合比较发现,使用将样品密封于合适大小的钽坩埚中进行随后的熔炼和分析是有限实验条件下最适宜的方法,可有效地避免Sm的挥发、氧化,并可尽量减少坩埚对合金的污染。

| Abstract: | The effects of the purity of metals,the environment and the crucibles material on the microstructure of the Sm-rich alloys prepared have been investigated.Two types of original materials have been studied and four types of crucibles including alumina oxide crucibles,NB crucibles,Mo crucibles and Ta crucibles have been investigated.All the samples or crucibles with samples were sealed in Ta crucibles.It is found that in the limited condition the best way is that the samples were sealed in Ta crucibles,which ... |
