锆英石制动摩擦材料摩擦磨损特性的基础研究

摘    要:通过D-MS摩擦试验机,研究以锆英石和丁腈改性酚醛树脂组成制动摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明:不同含量、不同目数锆英石对制动摩擦材料具有明显的增摩作用;200目锆英石制动摩擦材料摩擦因数平均值最高,且摩擦系数波动最小、相对最稳定;不同含量、不同目数锆英石制动摩擦材料低温时的磨损率较低,随着温度升高磨损率逐渐增加,其中...

Abstract:This paper studied friction and wear properties of the friction material composed of zircon and phenolic resin modified with NBR using a D-MS wear tester.The result showed that,Zircon with different contents and different granularity markedly enhanced coefficient of friction in zircon brake friction material.Mean of friction coefficient of 200 granularity zircon brake friction material was the highest of all,and fluctuation of friction coefficient was the least.Friction coefficient was relatively stable.Wea...
