| 摘 要： | 主要针对5000m3级别大型高炉的高风温热风炉技术进行技术比较分析，选择5000m3级别大型高炉的设计实例，在风温、风量、燃烧介质等热风炉设计参数相同的同口径条件下，对Didier外然式热风炉和顶燃式热风炉进行本体表面积和表面散热比较，同时通过数值模拟分析，比较这2种热风炉的高温烟气速度分布、高温烟气流场分布、格子砖顶面温度分布，为大型高炉热风炉形式的合理选择提供建设性建议。通过比较分析，顶燃式热风炉的本体结构技术、流场热传输技术较其他形式热风炉具有明显优点，顶燃式热风炉技术是目前高风温热风炉技术发展的趋势，对于大型高炉采用顶燃式热风炉技术可以取得可观经济效益。
