改良凹土基干燥剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:通过引入大孔硅胶作为锁水材料,较好地解决了凹土基干燥剂的吐水问题.以大孔硅胶改良的凹土基干燥剂在相对湿度75%的条件下,24h吸湿率为67.62%,吸湿后机械强度保持良好,无明显吐水现象.综合分析表明,改良凹土基干燥剂不仅能较好抑制高湿度吐水问题,还具有成本低、无污染且可反复使用的产业化推广价值.

Abstract:In this paper macroporous silica gel is brought into the desiccant to effectively solve the deliquescence problem.When the relative humidity reaches to 75%,the hygroscopic rate of the improved attapulgite desiccant adsorbing for 24 h gets to 67.62 %,without obvious change in the mechanical strengthen and with greatly reduced deliquescence.Therefore,the improved attapulgite desiccant can not only successfully control the deliquescence in high relative humidity,but also has the high industrialization values s...
