静载荷下LY12CZ铝合金的点蚀扩展规律

摘    要:研究静载荷对LY12CZ铝合金在3%NaCl水溶液中点蚀萌生、扩展的影响.当施加载荷时,LY12CZ合金的环状阳极极化曲线中的点蚀电位和保护电位都有一定程度的负移,表明外加载荷增大了点蚀敏感性,缩短了点蚀萌生期.在点蚀扩展阶段,点蚀的深度扩展与腐蚀时间之间符合幂函数的规律,与外加应力之间符合指数函数的关系.

Abstract:The influence of applied stress on pitting behavior of LY12CZ aluminum alloy in 3% NaCl aqueous solution was investigated.Experimental results showed that breakdown potential and protection potential of LY12CZ in 3%NaCl aqueous solution showed obvious negative shift, which indicated that applied stress enhanced the pitting susceptibility of LY12CZ and reduced pitting initiation time.It was showed during the growth period that the relationship between the pitting depth and corrosion time accorded with power ...
