摘    要:采用极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法,研究了时效处理温度和时间对2205双相不锈钢在3.5%的NaCl溶液中电化学腐蚀特性的影响,并借助金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)表征其显微组织的变化.结果表明,双相不绣钢的自腐蚀电位随着时效温度(800~900℃)的升高变得愈负,腐蚀速率先增大后减小;随着时效时间(2h、8h、16h)的延长,自腐蚀电位愈负,腐蚀速率逐渐增大;时效析出的σ相是导致高温时效双相不锈钢耐电化学腐蚀能力下降的主要因素.

Abstract:The effect of aging treatmnet on electrochemical corrosion of 2205 stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by potentiod-dynamic scanning(PDS) and electrochemical impendence spectroscopy(EIS).The niicrostructure of the alloys were observed by opticall microscope(OM). scanning electron microscope(SEM with EDS).The results showed that self-corrosion potential of the duplex stainless steel decrease as the aging temperature increases.while corrosion rate increases firstly and decreases subsequently.Bes...
