邯钢冰箱侧板的罩式退火工艺

摘    要: 以邯钢SPCC为原料,研究冰箱侧板的工业罩式退火生产工艺。首先,在实验室测定冷轧板随炉升温、随炉降温、保温2 h的退火名义再结晶温度;测量了退火后铁素体的晶粒尺寸,计算了该钢种细晶强化对于钢板屈服强度的贡献,最后得出需要满足冰箱侧板屈服强度的铁素体晶粒尺寸。据此分析用罩式退火工艺生产冰箱侧板的可行性。然后,根据试验结果制定了3种工业试制方案。工业试制完成后,观察了罩式退火后钢卷冷、热点金相组织;测量了退火后冷、热点铁素体的晶粒尺寸,测定了不同退火工艺条件下钢卷冷、热点力学性能,分析了组织与性能的关系,最终确定邯钢冰箱侧板的罩式退火生产工艺。
