邯钢冰箱侧板的罩式退火工艺

 以邯钢SPCC为原料，研究冰箱侧板的工业罩式退火生产工艺。首先，在实验室测定冷轧板随炉升温、随炉降温、保温2 h的退火名义再结晶温度；测量了退火后铁素体的晶粒尺寸，计算了该钢种细晶强化对于钢板屈服强度的贡献，最后得出需要满足冰箱侧板屈服强度的铁素体晶粒尺寸。据此分析用罩式退火工艺生产冰箱侧板的可行性。然后，根据试验结果制定了3种工业试制方案。工业试制完成后，观察了罩式退火后钢卷冷、热点金相组织；测量了退火后冷、热点铁素体的晶粒尺寸，测定了不同退火工艺条件下钢卷冷、热点力学性能，分析了组织与性能的关系，最终确定邯钢冰箱侧板的罩式退火生产工艺。

Batch Annealing Process of Refrigerator Side Plate in Hansteel
