平视场激光矢量扫描技术研究

摘    要:介绍了激光矢量扫描获得平视场的方法;进一步导出了在前置扫描中残余畸变的校正公式、在后置扫描中扩大直线转换器动态聚焦范围的光学设计公式和扫描畸变的校正公式.通过对二维振镜矢量扫描的几何分析,得出下列结论:使用线性扫描物镜的前置扫描虽能消除离焦,但存在扫描的残余畸变;使用直线转换器的后置扫描只能用于小视场离焦校正,对扫描畸变并无校正作用

Abstract:The methods obtaining the flat-field by a vector scanning are discussed in this paper. After the geometry analysing,it comes to the following conclusion, the defocus can be completely eliminated,but a remnant distortion is existed in pre-objective scanning. The post-objective scanner using a line-translator can only be used in a small field, but it can not correct the scanning distortion. The correction formulas of a remnant distortion in pre-objective scanning are presented. The limits of dynamic focus are extended using the optical leverage. Thin-lens design equations and distortion correct formulas for post-objective scanning are presented.
