摘    要:人工砂石加工系统,是水电行业混凝土坝两大辅助企业之一,直接关系到工程的进度与投资。人工砂石料具有生产工艺全面、可以按计划常年均衡生产、生产集中、管理方便、材质单一、拌制的混凝土力学性能好等优点。石门坎人工砂石系统,属利用地形自然坡度布置的闭路循环加工系统,在东风工程的建设实践中,发挥了作用。

Abstract:An artificial aggregate processing system is one of two large constructionplants in the construction of a concrete dam, which has directly an effect on the schedule and cost of the construction. The system has some advantages of whole a process, convenience in management, compaction and mono-material, which can lead to good quality concrete and make balanced producation by the planning around the whole year. Shimenkan artificial aggregate processing system is a closed loop processing one that makes use of topography for layout and plays an role in the implementation of Dongfeng hydropower station.
